Refund, Cancellation, and Service  Policy

LMN provides professional consulting and strategic advisory services rather than physical products. Services may be provided by telephone, video conference, or in person, depending on the nature of the engagement and the terms agreed upon with the client.

Consulting Services
All consulting services are provided according to the scope, fees, payment terms, deliverables, and other conditions established in the applicable invoice, receipt, proposal, or consulting agreement.

 

Cancellations
Clients may review the applicable invoice, receipt, or consulting agreement for the cancellation terms associated with their specific engagement. Cancellation terms may vary based on the type of service, whether services have already been scheduled or performed, and the applicable agreement.

 

Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined according to the terms of the applicable invoice, receipt, or consulting agreement. Payments for services that have already been provided, commenced, or otherwise committed may not be refundable where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

 

Returns & Shipping
LMN does not currently sell or ship physical products. Accordingly, traditional product return and shipping policies do not apply to our consulting services.
