The Application Fee is a non-refundable fee associated with the processing and evaluation of a client’s application for a property-related service or transaction. The fee may cover administrative and third-party costs associated with application review, credit verification, rental or ownership history verification, background screening, client qualification, and other necessary processing activities.
Where applicable, the Application Fee may also contribute toward legal and administrative expenses related to the preparation or review of lease, purchase, or other property-related agreements.
